This tool helps automatization and makes it possible to extract some metadata from the measurement file names. CC Uploader, but also some other 3rd party software like Barbieri Gateway can use a naming convention that parser will translate into metadata. Currently supported metadata:

Press name • Paper Name  • Job Name • Job ID • Customer 

The user can specify the number of fields (segments) and delimiter used to split the file name. We recommend using "_" or "-" Do not use apostrophes or any other characters but only alphanumeric. Note that some segments can be skipped if they are not important for further analysis. The next step is to assign a parser to all tracks that can be a destination. More about configuration in the manual.
