Accountability Setup – Indicate persons dedicated to a specific device.
You have defined your printers – the next step is to add Staff members (managers and operators responsible for the printers) to your account. Staff members have unique login and passwords that will grant them access to their personalized interface and allow them to use client software like CC Capture. They can also receive emailed performance reports based on their position in the company and assigned privileges. You don't need to define a specific operator and use the Default Operator necessary to work in ChromaChecker Capture.
You can add more later using the "Add Personnel" option in the Accountability Inspector.
If you have many employees, you can create a CSV format with relevant information and import it in one step.
