Substrate Backer

Backer dedicated for Substrate Inspector. Make it possible to standardize measurement on white and black backing.

• Size: 200x 90 mm
• White area: 70x70 mm,
• Black area: 70x70 mm

Backer is compatible with the i1iO  Substrate Inspector templates for capturing 4+4 or 9+9 (averaging mode).

Recommended for handheld instruments.

White Backing area

According to ISO:13655, white backing should have a diffuse-reflecting surface.

Typical ChromaChecker QC batch production measurement:

1. Opacity 100% (99,3% single page) [expected value >99%}]
2. FLuorescence = 0,0 [expected 0,0]
3. L*= 94,6  [requirement: L* shall not exceed 97], a*=-0,94    b*= 1,34
4. C*=1,64  [requirement - shall not be larger then 3.00], h*=125,1
5. Reflectance for given wavelength shall bein given by ISO13655 range 380-730nm:

Black Backing area

According to ISO:5-4 black banking should have a diffuse-reflecting surface.

Typical ChromaChecker QC batch production measurement:

1. Average Density = 1,44 [have to be between 1.30 – 1.70]
2. Density Range = 3,9 [expected value shall be less than 5]
