This project is intended for scenarios where artwork uses named colors. Users can scan a control strip in Packaging Inspector (designed for press operators) or perform random measurements with QuickChecker from the artwork or control strip for QC checks.

Press-side scenario   

The operator is measuring the control strip in scan mode.  Two tools can perform this task: Print Inspector or Packaging Inspector. Packaging Inspector offers a fast left/center/right comparison feature to monitor intra-page uniformity.

Quality Control Checks  

In this case, random checks can be performed in spot mode. Measurement can be taken from the artwork.
