Test Charts & Profiling Targets

Single-page test charts for ICC profile creation, G7 self-audit, and gamut evaluation — optimised to minimise press time.

Test Charts & Profiling Targets

ChromaChecker single-page test charts combine profiling patch sets with variation and G7 evaluation — delivering multiple results from a single press sheet.

CC-400 — CMYK Profiling

The CC-400 is a single-page multipurpose chart designed to serve as both a profiling target and a quality evaluation tool in one press run. It includes:

  • 400 CMYK patches optimised for ICC profile creation
  • Variation evaluation patches (within-sheet uniformity)
  • G7 gray balance evaluation patches
  • TVI / tone value increase curves
  • Solid and overprint primaries

The CC-400 supports both CMYK and nCLR (extended color gamut) workflows. It is compatible with all supported measurement instruments via CC Capture.

Use CC-400 when you need a complete press characterisation in a single sheet — variation, G7, and ICC profiling data all in one measurement session.

CC-400 RGB — RGB Printer Profiling

The CC-400 RGB chart is optimised for inkjet, large-format, and photo printers. It provides the same integrated variation + profiling capability as CC-400, but with an RGB patch layout suitable for wide-gamut RGB devices.

  • RGB patch layout for inkjet and photo printers
  • Integrated variation test strips
  • Compatible with X-Rite i1Pro, i1iO, and other supported instruments

G7 Self-Audit (CC-84 Based)

The G7 Self-Audit form uses CC-84 as a structured benchmark for evaluating press conformance to G7 gray balance targets. It provides a complete G7 qualification report — identifying whether the press meets G7 Grayscale, G7 Targeted, or G7 Colorspace requirements.

Useful for:

  • Pre-certification evaluation before submitting for official G7 assessment
  • Routine production conformance checks
  • Documenting press performance for print buyers
