    Reports

The ChromaChecker system accommodates a large amount of data, the analysis can be refined depending on the needs, but it is worth limiting the amount of data for the final assessment. The above report displays the most important parameters describing the variation within and between press units providing a concise document directing the required maintenance to fix the issues.

Sample Report - Test Form 1

Note: Units 3, 4, and 5 failed and the test has been repeated after mechanical press adjustments. At the presented stage units 3 and 5 passed ( 2nd press run) but unit 5 still requires maintenance.

Currently, the benchmarking process requires an expert that makes decisions based on results. In most situations, mechanical intervention can take time. Some procedures have to be repeated until a satisfactory result is reached.
